Shipping policy

We’re happy to accept returns for products purchased in the last 30 days that are unopened and aren’t heat-sensitive. Probiotics, oil-based supplements, and softgel products are a few examples of products that could be sensitive to elevated temperatures. Product packaging may differ depending on supplier.

You will need your order number, the product name(s), and quantities to submit your return request. Our team will follow up by email with your unique RMA number and the return shipping address.

Orders will be processed within 2 business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or federal holidays). All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

All orders are tracked and an email will be sent with tracking information once your order is in transit.

Priority shipping is $8.75 for Standard Shipping (4-7 business days) and $11.95 for Priority Shipping (1-3 business days). Please note that shipping is from when the order leaves our warehouse, not from when your order is placed. Please note that some items may be delivered at different times depending on the supplier.
